Illusion of Joy, WreckCreation to open for ThouShaltNot, The Dark Clan
On Sunday, August 3rd, Illusion of Joy and WreckCreation will be appearing as special guests on a bill with The Dark Clan and headliners ThouShaltNot at Pittsburgh's Pegasus Lounge. Tickets for the show are $10 in advance or $12 at the door (18 and over only). Click here for the official flyer.

Illusion of Joy to open for Christian Death this Friday
Due to the cancellation of one of the two opening acts originally scheduled to open for Christian Death, Illusion of Joy has secured last-minute placement on the bill. The show will be held this Friday, June 13th at the 31st Street Pub (see map below for directions). The doors to the venue open at 10:00PM. Tickets may be purchased for $15 at the door or for $12 in advance from participating stores such as Dave's Music Mine, Paul's Compact Discs and Eide's Entertainment. This is a 21 and over show only.

Illusion of Joy will be taking the stage on Sunday, May 25th at The Shadow Lounge along with Gramsci Melodic, John O'Hallaron and whomever else the promoter puts on the bill. This is an all-ages show where the doors to the venue open at 6:15PM and tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door. However, you have a chance to obtain tickets for free. Find out how here.

Another chance to see Illusion of Joy in Pittsburgh
Last weekend, Illusion of Joy, the musical project of Seth Warren, was brought live to a hometown stage for the very first time. As things seem to have gone quite well at that performance, an invitation was extended to return next month. This is an all ages show which includes Gramsci Melodic and a returning John O'Hallaron on the bill along with other Pittsburgh musicians. The doors to the venue open at 6:15PM, and the show begins at 6:30PM. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $10 or advance tickets may be purchased for $7.
If you missed the last performance, you now have a chance to redeem yourself - lucky you! Meanwhile, if you attended the last performance, you now have a chance to hear a different set of songs - lucky you!

On Sunday, April 20th, 2008, Illusion of Joy will be sharing a stage with Noland Jenkins, John O'Hallaron and other local musicians at the Shadow Lounge (see map below for directions to the venue). Doors to the venue open at 6:15PM and performances begin at 6:30PM. Tickets are $10 at the door or $7 in advance. Note: this show is for those aged 18 and over only.
